Promotions and benefits are applicable to the hotel’s standard rates and may not be combined with other available promotions unless otherwise specified.
Registration in the CLUB PLAZA program implies the user’s compliance with the program’s conditions and clauses.

At HOTEL GRAND PLAZA & WELLNESS, security cameras are installed and duly announced at the hotel entrances and in interior areas. The hotel’s Wi-Fi network for guests is completely free of charge and open access. HOTEL GRAND PLAZA & WELLNESS does not commit to any type of guarantee regarding the availability and functionality of this free service. When using the free Wi-Fi service, the user acknowledges that THE HOTEL is not responsible for the security and integrity of the data or the security of the users’ systems. The user is responsible for the security of their TERMINALS and for the use of encryption technology when using email. Likewise, the user is responsible for using a correct configuration and parameters on their equipment. THE HOTEL reserves the right to withdraw the Wi-Fi service entirely, modify its conditions or technology, or make the service paid without notice.
The Wi-Fi network of HOTEL GRAND PLAZA & WELLNESS is only available to guests staying at the hotel.
