Pet policy

1. Only Pets are allowed ( dogs ) and domesticated cats ) that comply the legal requirements to enter in Andorra: microchip , vaccine anti-rabies current and ” Pet passport “.
2. Not allowed dogs declared race potentially dangerous nor the headquarters Crossbreeds : Akita Inu, Tosa Inu, Japanese Tosa (mastiff), Bullmastiff, Doberman , Argentine Dog , Bordeaux Dog , Fila Brasileiro, Mastiff Neapolitan , Pit Bull (American Bull Terrier), Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canari, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Bull Terrier and similar.
3. Maximum number of pets per accommodation : 2 per room (unless otherwise agreed) previous with the hotel).
4. Pets must go always with strap or inside of one transport to the common areas. It is not allowed access to spa, gym, or breakfast restaurant.
5. Not allowed leave the animal alone in the room.
6. The owner is responsible for any noise or disturbance caused by the pet. The hotel reserves the right to expel the animal (and, if applicable , terminate the stay without refund ) if it causes inconvenience serious.
7. Pets are not allowed on furniture (beds, sofas, chairs) or to use the baths or showers. It is forbidden to use hotel linens (towels, sheets, duvets) to clean the animal.
8. Any material damage caused by the pet will be assumed economically for owner.
9. Pets will not be allowed inside spaces public following facilities of the hotel: restaurant, SPA, gym and kids zone.
